Aged Morellino di Scansano D.O.C.G. Vinegar

Our Morellino di Scansano D.O.C.G. Red Wine Vinegar contains mainly Sangiovese and grape varieties such as Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo and Malvasia. A more structured vinegar with a higher degree of acidity, typical of a traditional homemade vinegar. Static fermentation, with cultivation and selection of vinegar bacteria. This allows to keep all the aromas, flavors and characteristics of the wine from which it comes from, it ends with an aging in oak barrels. Excellent on salads, grilled vegetables, legumes and ideal for marinating any type of meat.

Our Red Wine Vinegar is made with a selection of Tuscan and Italian wines, result of the collaboration with wine producers in our area. Ruby red color, releases in the mouth acidity and freshness. The bouquet is characterized wit a note of spicy fruit accompanied with woody notes. Excellent with salads and grilled vegetables.

Our White Wine Vinegar is made with a selection of Tuscan and Italian wines, result of the collaboration with wine producers in our area. Yellow color tending to amber, clear and bright, in the mouth well balanced sweetness and fruity. Particurarly suitable as a base for any recipe, excellent over raw, oyster and seafood.

Our Tuscan Apple Vinegar is made exclusively from Tuscan apple juice, not from concentrate, with natural vinegar mother, unfiltered and unpasteurized. The first alcoholic fermentation is followed by an acetic one. Ideal for dressing salads, vegetables and fish. Great diluted in water as a healthy drink during the day and your workout.

Our White Wine Vinegar from single-variety Vermentino Maremma Toscana is a more structured vinegar with a higher degree of acidity, typical of a traditional homemade vinegar. Static fermentation, with cultivation and selection of vinegar bacteria. This allows to keep all the aromas, flavors and characteristics of the wine from which it comes from. The production process ends with an aging in oak casks. Excellent on salads, steamed vegetables and fish both cooked and raw.
