Maremma is a wild, authentic and uncontaminated land like our products and our tradition that we want to preserve and valorise. For decades, our family has lived in Castiglione della Pescaia, a medieval village on the coast of the tyrrhenian sea, historically devoted to fishing and agriculture, surrounded by pine forests, woods, olive groves and land for cultivation, now a destination for tourists from all over the world.
For us, agriculture is the presidence and protection of the territory, that’s why we care for our 20,000 ulives in all phases, to ensure the full respect of our soil and a raw material of the highest quality necessary to assure the production of a high-quality oil.
More than 500 cultivars on the italian territory represent a bio-diversity unique in the mediterranean, in Tuscany they give the oil a unique and unmistakable flavor and aroma, recognized and appreciated throughout the world.
